1. For online orders you may pay by credit/debit card detail on our secure online ordering system.
2. All payment for orders must be made when order is placed, we will not start process or dispatch order (s) before payment is received.
SUBSTTUTION & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If for any reason a product is out of stock, we promise to replace that product with another one as close or similar in value.
DELIVERY AND DELIVERY DELAY
We don’t offer pick up from our location. We offer hand delivery service and nationwide shipping.
A 50% non-refunded deposit will be required on all large volume orders. Lead time on large and small orders will be 7-10 days.
During the major holiday season, it may take longer due to workload. We recommend you get your order request in early.
Note: No refunds, exchanges or cancellations on custom gift baskets.
Delivery charges are in addition to the cost of the gift basket. We deliver in Council Bluffs and Omaha Area.
If we deliver out of the area delivery fee is based on area gift basket is being hand delivered.

We will try to deliver on the date you specify, we can’t take responsibility for late delivery of any gifts due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
